Welcome to my site!

I am a mom to five awesome boys, including my step-son. I have always been into fitness, but have struggled with my weight and eating right.  I tried to lose the weight prior to becoming pregnant with Joey.  Finally, I realized if I was waiting to lose weight to become pregnant than I would never have a baby!  So I became pregnant and piled on another 40 pounds.  When Joey was born and I held him in my arms I realized I needed to become the best and healthiest version of myself in order to be the best mom to my growing family. That’s when I reached out to my coach about joining her upcoming Insanity: Max 30 Challenge Group.  I had previously tried every diet you could think of, and this seemed to have it all- exercise, nutrition, super food shake, and support.  I also chose to become a coach while I was at it so I could inspire and help people daily, just as my coach did and still does for me.  I’m currently down 50+ pounds since the day I gave birth to my beautiful baby boy.  It hasn’t always been easy, but it was worth it.  I have more energy, created better habits, am much happier with myself inside and out, am setting a great example for my children, and most importantly, I am doing everything I can to make sure I am around for a long time to see them grow up.  If this sounds like you, I can help!
